The Koigu Wall - Koigu Collector Colour.

For March our Collector Colour was inspired by the infamous Koigu Wall. If you have ever had the opportunity to visit the Koigu Farm you know the wall as an iconic stop on the tour. A home for the ends of a dyelot, skeins that didn’t make it in the kit creating a stunning rainbow showcasing skeins from many years of Koigu hand dying. Our favourite part of visiting LYS’s is seeing their Koigu walls up close in person, later in this blog post we showcase some of our favourites. Creating a dyelot that incorporates the aura of the wall was a difficult task, however we are so happy with the way this dyelot turned out.

This months Collector is available in KPPPM, Jasmine and Sparkle.

The iconic wall was originally inspired by our booth design that travelled around in the 90’s. You may have had the opportunity to see it at Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival or Stitches.
