At Koigu, we are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) (EU) 2023/988
Product Safety & Compliance:
All our yarns and knitting kits are crafted using high quality materials
We adhere to EU regulations regarding fibre content labeling, care instructions, and consumer safety
Each product is labeled with fibre composition, care guidelines and batch numbers to ensure traceability and transparency
Consumer Information & Traceability
If any product presents a safety risk, we will take immediate corrective action, including public notifications and recalls if necessary

EU Consumer Rights & Returns
In accordance with EU law, customers within the EU have the right to return products within 14 days of receipts if they are unused and in their original condition
If a safety issue is identified, affected customers will be promptly notified and appropriate remedies will be provided.
