This coming Saturday (June 9th 2018) is World Wide Knit in Public Day! While it may be “knit” in public day, any form of crafting will do! This is a day where its encouraged that everyone who crafts finds a place in their local town and sit with fellow makers. Knit in Public day is a great way to raise awareness of our craft and it also may encourage others to pick up their own needles. Wildfiber Studio is a beautiful shop located in Santa Monica, California. For Knit Public Day they will be teaching free lessons on knitting and crochet. As well there will be umbrellas set up just out side the shop so that everyone can soak up the sun while promoting craft!
